About JONGLAARE
The Swiss Juggling Festival is taking place for the 36th time. Juggling and Flowart community from all over Switzerland gather together for two days to enjoy, exchange, and practice various disciplines of juggling together next to Aare along with the many spectators from Bern. Jongliertreff Bern invites everybody interested in participating, learning, playing, or just watching to enjoy two days of movement and juggling with us
The festival is free of charge, but we rely on donations to make ends meet :)

Location
The festival will be at Schwellenmätteli (Festival Map) . It is next to the Dalmazipark which offers are green area if the weather is sunny. Dalmazipark is also the central location of Bern Moves which we will see a lot of acrobatics and slacklines rigged over the Aare.
Adress: Sportanlage Schwellenmätteli Schwellenmattstrasse 1, 3005 Bern.
It is 15 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof.
Don`t forget to bring your swimsuit for Aare :)
Accommodation
For Saturday, unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation but we can suggest the Youth Hostel, Eicholz Camping. You can find out details on their website. It might be the busy season, so we suggest you book something as early as possible. Don’t hesitate to ask other people for a place to sleep :)Food & Drinks
On Saturday and Sunday, we will offer drinks and hot meals(lunch) which will be prepared on the site in a cooking tent (vegetarian). You can prepare some snacks and share them with others at the food sharing table. You can write down what you will be bringing in the Collaboration Form.
There will also be smaller tents to dine together and a cocktail bar by Happy Productions(including beer). We would like you to pay attention to not making any food or plastic waste.
There is a public grill in Dalmazipark and groceries close by. You can easily organize your meals if you prefer.

Volunteers
Call for contributions for the Jonglaare festival 1./2. July 2023 in Bern: we are looking for people who want to give workshops, photograph the event, play music, create a kids corner, bring own ideas, help at the event.
